Welcome to my therapy practice, located in Wigmore Street and Margaret Street, London and online. I specialise in helping individuals overcome various mental health issues, focusing on providing quality therapy tailor-made to the diverse community in London.


As a therapist, I understand the unique challenges and stressors of living and working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. I provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to process and heal from mental health issues, including stress and anxiety, depression, addictive behaviour, anger and hostility, isolation and loneliness, lack of confidence and low self-esteem, and dissatisfaction with self and jealousy, amongst others.

Mayfair Therapy

My approach to therapy is based on different approaches such as Person-Centred Psychotherapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Integrative Therapy and on evidence-based therapies, such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Mentalization (based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance-CBT, Mindfulness-based Therapies, and Psychodynamic Therapy. These therapies are effective in treating a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression, addiction, as well as other emotional, psychological, and mental conditions.


Located in Central London, my therapy practice is easily accessible for those living and working around the city. I also provide zoom and online for people who live and work in other areas and abroad.
