I offer a range of evidence-based therapies, such as Person-Centred psychotherapy, Humanistic Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mentalization (based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Therapies, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Integrative Therapy.

I help individuals change their negative thoughts and beliefs about their anxieties, which can lead to decreased symptoms of anxiety and improved overall functioning. Mindfulness also, can be beneficial in helping individuals manage the symptoms of anxiety.
